Did you know that Self Care actually honors the Lord? 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body”. When you make #SelfCare a priority, and you take care of yourself in a way that honors God, you are able to take care of others in the same way. God wants us to be happy, He wants us to succeed. But He knows that if we do not honor our temples and take care of our bodies; we will be of little or no effect in serving Him and in serving those around us. It goes without saying, when you make God your first priority, you make self-care a priority too.
